For this reason, the repository is not signed and software publishied as is.
Please keep this in mind. Based on Openwrt 19.07 and 21.02

So... To use repository, comment out the line
# option check_signature
in /etc/opkg.conf and add the following lines to /etc/opkg/customfeeds.conf
For LuCi packages
src/gz 132lan_luci http://openwrt.132lan.ru/packages/packages-19.07/luci

For independence architectures
src/gz 132lan_all http://openwrt.132lan.ru/packages/packages-19.07/all

For packages with mipsle CPU architecture
src/gz 132lan_app http://openwrt.132lan.ru/packages/packages-19.07/mipsel_24kc/packages

For packages with mipsbe CPU architecture
src/gz 132lan_app http://openwrt.132lan.ru/packages/packages-19.07/mips_24kc/packages

For packages with arm cortex A7 CPU architecture
src/gz 132lan_app http://openwrt.132lan.ru/packages/packages-19.07/arm_cortex-a7_neon-vfpv4/packages
